Check-in and check-out regulation
Arrivals can be between 14:00 and 18:00. If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please contact the property before 17:00 to arrange check-in. The reception closes at 18:00. Unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed, the hotelier reserves the right to place reserved rooms after 6 pm. If the guest does not inform the hotel about a late arrival, this is considered a no-show and the reservation is considered as canceled! You can not check in after 18:00 in the winter months without registering in advance!
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
