In a carefully packed backpack, you will find three exquisite wines that you can savour during a hike through the picturesque vineyards. An audio guide will also provide you with exciting fun facts about the wine region Bündner Herrschaft, making your wine tasting a special experience.

Your adventure begins at the Stall 247 restaurant in Maienfeld. There you will be given a backpack with three wines carefully selected by us. On your hike through the vineyards of the Bündner Herrschaft, there are plenty of opportunities to take a break on one of the many benches, sample the wine and learn interesting facts about the wine region, viticulture and the winegrowers from the audio guide. As an accompaniment, you will also find delicious corn crisps from the Bündner Herrschaft region in your backpack. The combination of wine tasting and hike offers you a special experience where you can savour not only the wines but also the region to the full.
You have the choice between three options:
Backpack classic
- Wines (3 x 5dl) from different wineries, including 1 white wine, 1 rosé wine and 1 red wine
- 1 bottle of mineral (5dl) water per person
- 1 packet (150 g) of organic wholemeal corn chips from Fläsch
- Glasses

Backpack medium
- Same contents as backpack classic
- 1 Salsiz (dried sausage)
- 1 piece of alpine or mountain cheese (200 g)
- 4 slices of bread
Backpack deluxe
- Same contents as backpack classic
- 1 Salsiz (dried sausage)
- Bündnerfleisch (Swiss air-dried beef) (60 g)
- 1 piece of alpine or mountain cheese (200 g)
- Bündner hummus made from mountain fava beans from the Albula Valley (100 g)
- 4 slices of bread
A backpack is designed for up to 4 people. How many backpacks you book depends entirely on how thirsty and hungry you are.
Upon request, we offer high-quality non-alcoholic alternatives—including a white or rosé wine from the Bündner Herrschaft region, as well as two different grape juice spritzers. Bottles can be purchased separately for an additional fee. Alternatively, the entire backpack can be booked as a non-alcoholic option for an additional fee. It is not possible to exchange individual bottles. Please contact our information desk in advance or check in at Stall 247.
