- 2 tastefully furnished holiday apartments on the upper floor of a multiple dwelling in a quietly situated villa in Dresden-Zschertnitz
- in immediate vicinity of city center
- shopping facilities and public transport within walking distance (approx. 300 meters)
- apartment 1 for 4 persons (40 m²) was completed and new equipped in 2005. It has a bedroom, living room with couch, cable television, bathroom with shower/WC and kitchen - access to apartment via staircase (not suitable for children under 3 years and physically handicapped people)
- apartment 2 with balcony (45 m²) for 4 persons was completly renovated in 2003 an new equipped in 2007 - bedroom with 2 beds, living room with balkony, cable televsion, internet access, bathroom with bathtub/WC and kitchen
- breakfast not possible
- babybed and bed for children on request
- possibility to park the bicycles in the garage

 (The landlord is a small business owner according to Art. 19 Par. 1 UStG (German sales tax law) and so not liable to VAT.)

Anreisebeschreibung

* Arrival by car:
From motorway A17, exit Dresden-Süd, follow B170 (direction city center), turn right after 2 km into Räcknitzhöhe, follow this street for 700 meters, turn right into Paradiesstraße, turn left after approx. 100 meters into Otto-Altenkirch-Straße, follow street , turns into into Schinkelstraße, house is on the left side.

* Arrival from the airport:
Via Flughafenstraße on Karl-Marx-Straße, turn right into Königsbrücker Landstraße (direction city center), follow street for 3,7 km across Albertplatz into Albertstraße, continue along B170, across Carolabrücke bridge, turn left after 1,2 km into Bürgerwiese, turn right at Strehlener Platz into Ackermannstraße, straight over Zellescher Weg into Paradiesstraße, turn left after 200 meters into Rungestraße, turn right after 100 meters into Schinkelstraße.

* Arrival by public transport:
From Hauptbahnhof Nord (main station) take tram 11 (direction Zschertnitz) to stop 'Zellescher Weg', walk in driving direction, turn left into Rungestraße, walk right after approx. 100 meters into Schinkelstraße (approx. 2 min from tram stop).
