Short Characteristics
Pirna is so much more than the just the gate to Saxon Switzerland. On the right hand of the Elbe river in the district of Copitz our vacation rentals «Pirna - Sachsen mittendrin» are located. We acquired the building in 2015. It is located in the Rudolf-Renner-Strasse 13. It is situated close to the city centre but still quiet and easily accessible by car or public transport. Shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacy and public transports (regional and urban railway as well as a bus stop) are within walking distance. You are also close to the steamship landing stage, cycle tracks an opportunities to go swimming.If you want to profit from your journey to discover the wonderful cities of Dresden or Meissen, to visit castles and palaces, to go hiking in some of the most beautiful regions of Germany such as Saxon Switzerland or the Erzgebirge or if you just want to spend some pleasant time with your loved ones and to relax, then our lovely and charming apartments are exactly what you are looking for. We would be very glad to welcome you for a short or a longer stay. Feel free to take a look and see for yourself.

Cancellation / payment conditions
After receiving a deposit of 20% of the rental price, the desired holiday apartment will be booked for you.
Additional costs are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
The holiday apartment can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before the start of the rental period. After that, the terms and conditions of cancellation apply.
The detailed cancellation and prepayment conditions can be found in our terms and conditions. This property only accepts cash payments.
As soon as we have received a booking, we will inform you of our bank details for the down payment and further payment.
Terms and Conditions: General terms and conditions for the rental of the holiday apartments "Pirna - Sachsen mittendrin", 01796 Pirna, Rudolf-Renner-Straße 13
Our general terms and conditions are part of the rental contract between our guests and us. Please note that a binding rental agreement also comes about through your telephone acceptance.
As always in business life, booking a room is not without legal regulation. A room reservation made by the guest and accepted by the accommodation establishment establishes a contractual relationship between the two parties, the guest accommodation contract. Like all contracts, the guest accommodation contract can only be resolved with the consent of both parties.
The following rights and obligations result from it:
1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded when the reservation of an apartment has been ordered by the guest and confirmed by the landlord. Both written and short-term oral forms are binding for confirmation. The guest accommodation contract obliges the guest and the landlord to comply.
2. The landlord undertakes to provide the guest with a holiday home in perfect condition in accordance with legal regulations or customary market practice. He is obliged to provide the guest with other accommodation or to pay compensation if he is unable to provide the agreed holiday apartment despite confirmation. The landlord also undertakes to rent reserved apartments to another person as soon as possible if the guest cannot fulfill the contract and to repay the damages fully or in part.
3. The rental period includes use from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
4. It is not allowed to take pets with you in the apartment.
5. We will treat your booking as binding once we have confirmed and received a down payment of 20% of the calculated accommodation price.6. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, he is obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation. Cancellation must be made in writing.
The amount of the compensation depends on the time until the day of arrival and is as follows:up to 60 days before the day of arrival 20% of the agreed priceup to 45 days before the day of arrival 40% of the agreed priceup to 30 days before the day of arrival 60% of the agreed priceup to 15 days before the day of arrival 80% of the agreed pricePayment does not apply if a replacement tenant is found on the same terms.
This can be done by both the tenant and the landlord.

How to reach us:Arrival by car:
Take the A 17 from Dresden in the direction of Prague and take the exit 6 Pirna in direction of Pirna/B172/Bad Schandau. Take the B172a and follow it for 5 km, then drive across the Sachsenbrücke (Saxon bridge), continue on the S177 and take the exit Pirna-Copitz/Pirna-Pratzschwitz. Follow the Pratzschwitzer Straße and arrive in the Rudolf-Renner-Straße.
Arrival by train:
From Dresden take the S-Bahn „S1“ (urban railway) in the direction of Schöna and leave the train at the Pirna station
Arrival by plane:
From Dresden-Klotzsche airport first take the S-Bahn „S2“ (urban railway) to Dresden Hauptbahnhof (Main Station) then continue with the S-Bahn „S1“ in the direction of Schöna and leave the train at the Pirna station
