Short Characteristics

The apartment is located in the northwest of Dresden in the Mickten district, close to the Elbe.
The historic village center with its own homes and country houses is a listed building. The character of the district continues to characterize two-storey townhouses, block buildings from the 1930s, a few prefabricated buildings and numerous modern new buildings. Leisure opportunities are available on the Elbe meadows. The adjacent shopping center 'Elbepark' offers shops for everyday needs as well as numerous specialist markets and a cinema.
The famous Watzke ball and brewery on the Elbe, famous for its 'Canaletto view' of the old town, contributes to the cultural diversity of the urban area as a concert hall with a restaurant and beer garden. The connections to local and long-distance traffic are good.
A tram stop is only a few steps away from the house, but far enough away from the noise of the streets and trams. Well-kept apartment building - located in the third row - in the spacious and green Elbvillenweg residential complex, which is located just after the "Ballhaus Watzke" in a beautiful location on the Elbe bend, not far from the city center.
Infrastructure: bakeries and shops within walking distance: Sternstrasse approx. 300m "Mickten street station": with bakeries, self-service coffee, McDonalds, various supermarkets and drugstores; In about 15 minutes. or 5 minutes by car: Elbepark shopping center with cinema restaurants: a few minutes' walk along "Kötschenbroder Strasse" (on the Elbe) is the "Ballhaus Watzke" with its own brewery and many other cozy restaurants / beer gardens and wine shops.

Cancellation / payment conditions

Upon request, you will receive an invoice with the booking confirmation. Down payment = 20% by advance transfer, the rest after the due date (14 days after receipt of the invoice or until the start of the trip). 
Amounts up to € 100 are to be transferred in advance in total.
-> After receipt of the transfer / deposit, you will receive detailed guest information (by email, fax or post) with arrival and key handover information. 
Cancellation conditions: Free cancellation possible up to 2 days before arrival. This requires an official cancellation via the booking portal (with the given booking number)! In all other cases, 60% of the 1st night will be charged.
