Short Characteristics

Only a few kilometres away from the beautiful nature reserve 'Friedewald' the guest house 'Bilz-Pension' welcomes you and offers classically furnished rooms with free WLAnm and a daily breakfast buffet.
All rooms are equipped with bright wooden furniture, cable TV and a balcony or terrace from which you have a beautiful view on the landscape. .
You are also welcomed to use the sauna or you can book a relaxing massage in advance.
For trips to discover the surroundings you can conveniently rent a bike.
You can use the free parking places of the 'Bilz-Pension' and you can reach the city centre of Dresden within 20 minutes by car.
Nine double and three single rooms ensure a comfortable stay.
The guest house was build in 1888, shortly after the narrow gauge railway line Radebeul-Radeberg was completed, and was used as a residential house.
In the 1960s, the building was connected to the FDGB (Free German Trade Union) holiday home which was situated next to it.
After the fall of the Berlin Wall, the family Geistlinger purchased the property and completely renovated it so it can be used as a guest house today. The building culture has outlasted the zeitgeist and gives the house a fascinating and cosy atmosphere.
Furthermore, there is a sauna, a 'SlenderYou-Room', two private medical practices, an educational training room and the breakfast room of the guest house.
Both houses are connected by a corridor so you can comfortably walk from one house to the other.

Anreisebeschreibung

Coming from the motorway A4 take the exit "Wilder Mann" in Dresden. Afterwards turn right and drive into the direction of Moritzburg. Follow the course of the main road for about 2 km. After passing a gas station on the right site you will find a roundabout which you have to leave at the third exit. Follow the main road again. About 500 m after you left the centre of the commune of Reichenberg you have to follow the green sign "Bilz-Kurhotel" and turn left. Follow the road until the end of the road ('Am Brand') forces you to make a turn. There you have to turn left following the sign. Now only 400 metre are left. Turn left at the next possiblity, pass the rails (narrow gauge railway) and park on the left site. You have reached our guest house.
