"Only one issues for us is one of receptions attitude and one of Arabic look attitude in the morning. Special the Arabic look, I think he make all of us have the worst breakfast of 2023 till this months 2024. He even using his trolley around the breakfast area to clean and hit my chair without saying sorry but never mind , it easily to tell how well trained of the hotels"

"Experience was very affected by a constant noise coming from something loose on the roof of the building - I mentioned that to the staff but it kept on going. Prevented us from having a restful sleep for 2 nights (it was windy during that time but still…)"

"Rooms were good. Staff was weird. Did not feel welcome by staff. Arrived late after midnight due to travel delays and the guy couldn’t find my reservation. I kept showing him the reservation code and told him to search that instead of the name. He didn’t know how to do that and had trouble with the name. Finally I scrolled through the entire list of guests to find the reservation myself (data protection?). No apology. Next morning went through the booking with a different employee who asked me whether I had attained German citizenship by now? (I am German). Overall there was no outright racism but the way the staff asked questions and treated my reservation I felt unwelcome even though I tried my best to be kind and polite in return - I couldn’t help but want to leave asap. The room service did not clean the room during the entire stay. That was manageable."

"The studio apartment was comfortable. The room had a comfortable Murphy style bed that could raised for more space during the day. The kitchenette came with the essentials for quick meals, utensils, pan, fridge, cooktop, and microwave, etc. The hotel was very clean. A nice hotel close to the Messe and Airport."

"Although the rooms are well maintained. The mattress and the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. For such a price, Parking costs of around 10€ isn't included. The complementary coffee is no longer provided and the employees are on prowl to collect the 2€ (only via cash). I would neither stay at this property in the future nor will I recommend it."

"A lovely site in a modern building on the outskirts of Stuttgart with great public transport connections in to the city. Parking in the attached garage is convenient, but quite expensive. The rooms are excellent, spotlessly clean and packed with facilities to allow self catering for some or all meals if you desire. Our family room had an excellent space for our son with a wall separating his sleep space. We would have no hesitation in staying again."

"Room was clean with a well equipped kitchen area - needed a kettle though as not everyone drinks coffee or has access to pods! Was in a very quiet location with many supermarkets within walking distance, but no restaurants which was a bit problematic. Staff on reception were helpful and polite."

"This aparthotel is very well located 5 mins from the airport with well equipped extremely clean rooms. The check-in was very easy and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is also very good. parking is available directly underneath the apartments making it very easy to access. Three local supermarkets are close by and also a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the motorway network making it great for business. I would recommend and I will stay again."

"The Hotel is clean the room was comfortable and the stuff was friendly. The small kitchen unit ist also useful, although without an electric kettle, how can you make a cup of tea? Also, we booked a room for a family of four, but the table was tiny and there were only 3 chairs. Also, we had to pay for parking. As a hotel guest I would expect it to be part of the service."

"Thanks to staff who is present 24hrs. Rooms are clean and equipped with all things for cooking and comfort. Good designed Toilets and bathrooms. Well maintained lift. And good free coffee helps start your mornings. Need to introduce Dish washer in rooms and Smart TV(current TV is without internet connections or I missed connecting to Wifi), which I think is must for today. Common place to self throw the wet-waste as its collected weekly while room cleaning to avoid smell. Laundry service should be done free as its must required only person should carry their detergent powder."
