The 2 private art apartments are located in the cultural city of Dresden, in the central district of Cotta. They are quietly located in the ground floor in a rear house, each with 2 beds, a kitchen with electrical equipment and a bathroom with a shower. Bakeries and newspaper stores are located near by, as well as a supermarket for your daily needs. For your bike trips, it is possible to rent bicycles from us.

The Elba Cycle Route is 1 km away from the apartments.

The stay in the apartments becomes a special experience because of the artistic decoration.

The apartments have a ceiling height of min. 2.7 m, the Warhol apartment having an old vaulted ceiling. This results in a pleasant room climate. Both apartments offer a floor space of 35 m², full wood parquet and floor heating, each with a large barrier-free shower.

A green courtyard with seating under a pergola to relax can be used free of charge.

Arrival and departure regulation

If not arranged otherwise, the apartment can be used by the day of arrival from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Please, do always arrange the exact time of arrival with the landlord under the contact number 0351 421 13 15. If not arranged otherwise, the apartment is to be left on the day of departure until 11 a.m.

Anreisebeschreibung

Arriving by car:

Exit the highway A4 at Dresden-Altstadt, then drive on the Meissner Landstraße towards the city center, continue in the direction ofCotta, turn into Cossebauder Straße, follow Lübecker Straße and Rudolf-Renner-Straße and turn left into Unkersdorfer Straße.

Arriving by public transport:

Take tram number 10 from the Dresden main railway station, direction Messe-Dresden (Dresden fair), get off at the stop “Bahnhof-Mitte” and take tram number 2, direction Gorbitz to the stop “Pennricher Straße”. Then, turn right into Rudolf-Renner-Straße and turn right again into Unkersdorfer Straße.
