Located in the exclusive Park Waldhaus of the renowned 5-star Hotel Flims Waldhaus, our residence offers you an oasis of tranquility with breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic Alps right from the terrace.
Imagine this: after a long day on the ski slopes, you drive comfortably right up to your doorstep and then sink into the cozy comfort of your living room, equipped with a modern 43" Samsung flatscreen and a powerful Bluetooth sound system.
The elegant apartment is cleverly laid out: on the lower level, a modern kitchen invites you to cook and adjoins the spacious living room as well as a separate WC. Climb the stairs to discover the generous master bedroom, a charming second bedroom, and a lovingly designed children's room that accommodates up to four beds — all, of course, with a comfortable length of 2 meters. For an unparalleled night's sleep, all beds are fitted with high-quality box spring mattresses. Your health and wellbeing matter to us: that's why we guarantee the highest hygiene standards with hygienic mattresses and bed linens.
For winter enthusiasts, a practical ski and snowboard room is available, complete with a boot warmer to keep your feet warm after a chilly day on the slopes. Summer visitors benefit from an additional, secure room for mountain bikes. And should laundry day arise during your stay, a washing machine is available for your use.
Parking? No problem! Two exclusive parking spaces in a nearby parking garage are included in the offer. For convenient loading and unloading, a spot is available directly in front of the house.
Please note: out of consideration for all guests, this is a non-smoking apartment, although smoking is welcome on the balcony. Unfortunately, dogs and other pets are not allowed.
For families: Our apartment is especially well-suited for families with young children. Upon request, we provide the following equipment free of charge:
