The tranquil Kleefeld is a quiet district and yet centrally located. Thanks to good transport connections, you can quickly get to the city center. In the immediate vicinity you will find the ice stadium, the adventure zoo as well as the Congress Center and the stadium, the HDI Arena. The Eilenriede, the forest in the heart of Hanover, invites you to take relaxing walks. The 329 rooms with modern furnishings are equipped with a shower, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV with digital reception, Wi-Fi and, in some cases, a safe. A bottle of water is available for you in the room upon arrival. Our friendly team in the hotel’s own GHOTEL Restaurant & Bar Hannover will take care of your physical well-being. Free of charge is also the daily use of the sauna from 17:00 to 22:00. Parking is also available at the hotel, subject to availability.

Arrival from the East or West: Take the motorway A2, regardless of direction Berlin or direction Dortmund, up to motorway junction Hannover-Buchholz. There turn off to the motorway A37/B3 towards Hannover Fair. Leave the main road B3 at exit Pferdeturm and turn left into the street Am Pferdeturm. At the road crotch keep left. Follow the course of the major streets Scheidestraße / Berckhusenstraße. Before the supermarket Lidl turn left again into the Lathusenstraße. Arrival from the South: Take the motorway A7, oncoming from the South up to motorway junction Hannover-Süd. Turn off to the motorway A37/B6 towards Hannover-Fair. Follow the fair speedway up to exit Kleefeld/Kirchrode (Pferdeturm). Turn right into the street Am Pferdeturm. At the road crotch keep left. Follow the course of the major streets Scheidestraße / Berckhusenstraße. Before the supermarket Lidl turn left again into the Lathusenstraße. The first gateway (at the White stand of Telekom) is the access of our hotel parking place.  

Arrival from the airport Hannover: Oncoming from the airport, drive the Airport Road B522/L190 towards Hannover. At Langenhagen take the motorway A2 towards Hannover/Berlin. Leave the motorway A2 at the motorway junction Bucholz und follow the motorway A37/B3 towards Hannover Fair. Leave the main road B3 at exit Pferdeturm and turn left into the street Am Pferdeturm. At the road crotch keep left. Follow the course of the major streets Scheidestraße / Berckhusenstraße. Before the supermarket Lidl turn left again into the Lathusenstraße. The first gateway (at the white stand of Telekom) is the access of our hotel parking place.

Arrival from Central Station of Hannover: Oncoming from the central station, take the Rundestraße towards Fernroder Straße. At the crossroads turn left into the Fernroder Straße. After nearly 160 m turn right into Berliner Allee. Follow this street up to the crossroads and turn left into Marienstraße. Drive straight ahead the Marienstraße/Hans-Böckler-Allee, cross the Fair Speedway and follow the street Am Pferdeturm. At the road crotch keep left. Follow the main
street (Scheidestraße/Berckhusenstraße). Turn left again in front of the Lidl supermarket. You will then be on
Lathusenstraße. The first entrance (at the stand of Phorms) is the driveway to the hotel parking place.

Eine Anregung: bei Gästen im (sehr) hohen Alter ggf. darauf achten, dass diese eher zentral, also in der Nähe von Fahrstuhl und Frühstücksräumen untergebracht sind

Das Hotel hatte Infozettel mit der Nahverkehrsverbindung zur Messe vorbereitet, so dass man nicht selbst suchen musste. Spätöffnung des Restaurants nach dem AC/DC-Konzert - super Service.

Die Rechnung im Hotel fiel zuerst höher aus als in der Buchungsbestätigung - das lag aber an der Datenübertragung von Hannover-Tourismus. "Kommentar HMTG: Vielen Dank für die Information. Die Daten wurden von uns richtig übermittelt, allerdings von der Schnittstelle des Hotels falsch verarbeitet. Der Fehler wurde behoben."

Der Service an der Rezeption.

Der Service im Restaurant. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 50 Personen zu Gast. Es ist nicht sonderlich kundenorientiert, wenn so eine Gruppe um Mitternacht ins Hotel zurückkehrt und gern noch in der Bar ein oder zwei Runden Bier trinken möchte, diese auch noch ausgesprochen unfreundlich rauszuwerfen. Bzw. anzuschimpfen man stünde im Weg und es müsse aufgeräumt werden. Dagegen haben die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption reagiert und Flaschenbier besorgt, so dass unsere Gruppe am zweiten Abend an der Rezeption noch gesellig beisammen sein konnte. Also großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption!!!

Frühstücksraum zu klein Die Abendkellner im Frühstücksraum - haben sich gemüht, aber mit deren Einstellung (machen Sie eine Gasse frei - ich brauche einen Weg zum bedienen) unglücklich. Gerade vor dem Hintergrund, dass 50 Gäste auf eine Rechnung trinken wollen und können. Aber so war das Trinkgeld auch bescheiden

Die Verständigung zwischen den Kellner war nicht so optimal. Auch ließ die Freundlichkeit bei beiden Oberkellnern zu wünschen übrig. Vielleicht lag es aber auch am Stress. Aber dem sollte man in diesem Beruf gewachsen sein.

Zimmer war bei Ankunft kalt, da vergessen wurde, die Heizung aufzudrehen.

Quiet place, which has a modern, no-thrills appearance, clean and every must-have - free wlan, international tv - is there. Unbeatable value for consultants and other street warriors. Good resaurant with friendly service.
