The townhouse provides you with a brand-new interior design, two full-fledged bedrooms with kingsize beds, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace!
The master bedroom is located on the entrance level of the detached, state-of-the-art house, as well as the meeting room (for up to 6 persons), which can be converted within a few handles to a comfortable bedroom with an additional king size bed. The desk and chairs are easy moveable due to pre-installed castors. The bathroom with a generous floor-level shower completes this area.
On the subjacent level you can find the generous living room with dining area and open kitchen almost over the entire base area of the house. An additional shower bath and storeroom complete the ensemble.
You can access the town house terrace directly from the living room, which is certainly one of the most spacious private patios in the old town.

Our townhouse guests use at the occupancy rate of two persons the master bedroom 1. In this case the master bedroom 2 can be used as office or meeting room. If more than two people stay overnight, the premium folding bed will be folded out to a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom 2.
We kindly ask our guests to smoke on the terrace only.

The "Townhouse-Regensburg", completed in June 2016, awaits you with a total surface area of 120 square meters on two-levels in the heart of the old town and provides sufficient space for four persons. It is located only a couple meters away from the central station. Beside the trains, our guests are taking advantage of all common bus routes bringing you from the central station to every place of the city.Your exclusive domicile borders on the grounds of the Princely House Thurn and Taxis - Grant yourself an entire house full of luxury in the heart of Regensburg! All restaurants, bars and places of interest are in walking distance. Parking is available only 80 meters away in the parking garage at the Petersweg.
Conditions/extras
A luxury house within the heart of the old town is a dream for many people, especially if you have complementary parking area. We took this into account and we are pleased to offer our townhouse guests a parking spot for only 10 EUR a day in the "Parkhaus Petersweg", only 80 meters away.While you are checking in you will receive the corresponding parking card, upon request.

CANCELLATION:
You can cancel your stay up to three days prior your arrival free of charge. Any later cancellation will be charged with the cost of the first overnight stay.

We charge a total amount of 40 EUR per stay for all cleaning procedures.
