Cancellation:
Until 6 pm (hotel time) on the arrival day the cancellation is free of charge.
With non-arrival or short term cancellations we charge a cancellation fee of 80%
of the arranged room price.

Reception:
Monday – Friday: 6:30 am to 11:00 pm / weekend and holidays 7:30 am to 11:00 pm.
