Description

The holiday home "Bergchalet 20" is located in Heringhausen on Lake Diemelsee and offers beautiful views of the nearby lake. The cosy, 80 m² accommodation features a living room with electric fireplace and a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to five guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, filter coffee machine, and dishwasher. You also have your own private sauna. The private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, and a barbecue. You can also enjoy a shared outdoor area with a heated pool, outdoor shower, and playground. There is an additional communal pool and a sauna area for your leisure. Pool opening times are set by the operator; access to both pools is free of charge. The property is close to the beach, and public transport is within walking distance. Parking is available on the property. There is a storage room for bicycles and a ski depot. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed (for an extra fee). Towels and bed linen can be booked in advance for an extra fee. Further additional services are available on request. Please observe the house rules. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property features energy-saving lighting. After booking, you will receive a contact form which you are kindly asked to complete to help prepare your stay.

Please note that the prices do not include the tourims tax. Should a tourism tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Conditions/extras

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors´ tax. This is payable separately on arrival. The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Arrival description

Arrival is possible between 16:00 and 00:00, departure until 10:00 or by appointment. When booking the chalet, a service package for the use of the pool and sauna area of the adjacent hotel is included.
