Vermietet wird ein Ferienhaus für 4 (+1) Personen mit einer Fläche von 90qm. Des Weiteren gibt es ein abschließbares Gartenhaus mit Lademöglichkeit für EBikes. Man hat aus den Schlafräumen und aus dem Wohn-/Essbereich einen unverbauten Blick direkt auf den Diemelsee. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit 2 Einzelbetten. Zusätzlich ist ein Babyreisebett vorhanden. Das Haus hat 2 Etagen, in jeder befindet sich ein voll ausgestattetes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Im unteren Badezimmer ist zusätzlich eine Sauna eingebaut, in der man bequem mit zwei Personen liegen kann.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Dolce Gusto Kapselmaschine und ein Waffeleisen. Geschirr und Besteck sind in 8-facher Ausfertigung vorhanden. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Bettwäsche sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Auch ein Gartentisch mit 4 passenden Stühlen ist vorhanden. Im Wohn-/Essbereich ist ein 55 Zoll Flatscreen TV mit Internetanbindung installiert. Freies WLAN ist selbstverständlich ebenfalls verfügbar. Vor dem Haus findet sich eine Wallbox. Diese kann gegen Aufpreis während des Aufenthalts genutzt werden. Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das Rauchen im Haus nicht gestattet ist - bitte nutzen Sie die Terrasse.
