Short Characteristics

Our non smoking apartment in the South of Dresden is located in a quiet, green residential area near the city in a 3-family town villa with garden and panoramic view on the banks of the Elbe, the Saxon Switzerland and the Osterzgebirge. The stylish 2-bedroom penthouse apartment offers plenty of space for 2 adults and consists of living room with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with separate shower and bathtube. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, television and radio. Use of washing machine and dryer is available on request. Towels and sheets are included. Furnishing and equipping of the apartment with wooden floors and natural wood furniture is allergy friendly. Pets are not allowed.
Seating in the garden can be used by arrangement. Parking is available in the residential street.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Check in / Check out

You can check in from 3 p.m., the departure shall be until 10 a.m. The exact arrival time shall be agreed with the owner by mobile phone (049/1577/5740161).
If desired,
• a bread delivery service and
• storage of bicycles in the house
can be organized.

Anreisebeschreibung

Arriving by car:
- motorway A17 to exit 3, Dresden Südvorstadt
- turn left into B170 towards Dresden
- 300m after crossing the 2nd traffic lights go right in direction Zschertnitz/Kleinpestitz- then at the traffic lights again right into the street Südhöhe
- turn right into Münzmeisterstraße
- turn right again into the Zieglerstraße, 2nd house right


Arriving by railway:
- from Main Station take tram 11, direction to Zschertnitz end station
- on foot walk at traffic lights out of town into Münzmeister-straße to the first street right into Zieglerstraße, 2nd house right
