Description
Centrally located at the entrance to Aschau im Chiemgau, right next to the orthopaedic children's clinic, we warmly welcome you to our fully managed agricultural business and farm, the Daurerhof. Enjoy a relaxing and pleasant holiday in one of the guest rooms on our well-kept farm in beautiful Aschau im Chiemgau in Upper Bavaria. It is the ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes, e.g. to the Maisalm for a snack, where our young cattle spend the summer. Our fully operational farm is child-friendly and has many animals such as cats, chickens, cows and calves. The large playground offers numerous play options with lots of play equipment for children, such as a wooden house with a slide, swing, trampoline, football goal, paddling pool, etc. – a little paradise for children on the farm. Parking is available directly at the house.
Environment description
In 5 minutes you can walk to the town centre with its restaurants, shops, train station and bus stop, or go swimming at the Aschau bathing spot or the very quiet moor bathing spot. There are many sights and attractions to visit, such as Hohenaschau Castle, the Kampenwand cable car, Lake Chiemsee with its islands and Herrenchiemsee Castle, and many other excursion destinations in the Chiemgau region.
About the host
Breakfast information: We do not offer breakfast, but our two guest rooms are well equipped so that you can comfortably cater for yourself. The following are available: table and chairs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery and washing-up utensils.
In the hallway outside the rooms, you will also find a fridge and a microwave, which you can share with another double room.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax
The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host.
Arrival Description
From the A8 motorway, take the Frasdorf/Aschau exit towards Aschau. In Aschau, cross our river, the Prien, and then turn left at the maypole towards Bernau. Cross the Aschau/Prien railway line and pass the orthopaedic children's clinic. Immediately after the sharp right-hand bend, turn right into our courtyard. Welcome!
