Surrounded by lush meadows, dense forests and the panorama of the Chiemgau Alps, the STUBN Apartments combine stylish design with soothing tranquillity and modern comfort.
The apartments are furnished to a high standard and offer everything your heart desires: elegant parquet floors, a modern kitchen, your own washing machine and a balcony with unobstructed views of the mountains. The quiet location on the edge of the forest makes the house an ideal retreat for nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, and mountain enthusiasts.
The apartments have free WiFi, smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Private parking spaces directly at the house provide additional comfort. The quiet location with no through traffic guarantees a relaxing holiday, while the balcony with unobstructed views of the Alps invites you to linger. Please note that dogs and pets are not allowed in our holiday apartments.

Environment description
Prime location with excellent transport links. The Kampenwandbahn cable car (approx. 450 m) is just a few minutes' walk away and takes you directly to one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the region. The historic Hohenaschau Castle (approx. 300 m) is also within easy reach and invites you to explore its cultural treasures. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 50 m), and Aschau railway station is about 1.8 km away, offering direct connections to Prien am Chiemsee, Munich and Salzburg. The town centre with its cosy cafés, restaurants, a bakery, butcher and supermarket is also only about 1.9 km away.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.
Arrival Description
By car: From Munich, take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg and exit at Frasdorf. Turn right and continue for about 7 kilometres towards Aschau im Chiemgau. In the town centre, follow the signs to the Kampenwandbahn and continue along Kampenwandstraße until you reach a sharp left-hand bend, where you turn right into Burgweg. The quietly located house is on the right-hand side. The entrance is at the rear of the building and can be reached via the left-hand staircase. There are signposted parking spaces for the holiday apartments directly at the house – please use these only.
By train: From Prien am Chiemsee station, you can reach Aschau in about 15 minutes by regional train. Aschau station is about 1.8 kilometres from the house. From there, you can easily take a taxi, walk for about 25 minutes or cycle. The nearest bus stop, ‘Hohenaschau Festhalle’, is only about 450 metres from the house and is also within walking distance.
