Enjoy a relaxing holiday in our lovingly furnished holiday flat on the first floor with west-facing balcony - bright, modern and equipped with everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The 38 m² apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a cosy living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Look forward to a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine and kettle - perfect for enjoyable meals in your temporary home. The sofa bed offers additional comfort, while the flat-screen satellite TV and free WiFi provide entertainment and communication. The bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer rounds off the facilities, while the high-quality parquet flooring creates a pleasant atmosphere. Bed linen and towels are of course provided so that you can start your holiday carefree. From your west-facing balcony, you can enjoy relaxing hours with a view of the stunning mountain panorama and soak up the tranquillity of nature. Surrounded by the picturesque landscape, your holiday home invites you to switch off and feel good. Here you will find everything you need to make your holiday unforgettable - from modern facilities to an atmosphere full of well-being. The perfect setting for unforgettable holiday moments in a quiet location. As our guest, you will find a free car park directly at the house, and there is a lockable storage facility for bicycles. Environment description

Just a few steps away is the Bärnsee nature reserve, ideal for valley hikes in the direction of Aschau. Aschau im Chiemgau and the Kampenwand cable car or the picturesque Hohenaschau Castle are only about 4 km away, while Bernau and Lake Chiemsee with bathing opportunities and boat trips to the royal castle of Herrenchiemsee are only about 6 km away. Both towns offer a variety of shopping opportunities, cosy restaurants and cafés for culinary delights. And if you fancy a city trip: Munich and Salzburg are just an hour away by train or car!

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

Mit dem Auto: Autobahn A8 München/Salzburg - Ausfahrt Aschau / Frasdorf oder Bernau, links Richtung Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.
Von Frasdorf kommend: vorbei an der Ortseinfahrt Aschau i.Ch., geradeaus auf der Rosenheimer Straße, an der Tankstelle vorbei, im Kreisverkehr die zweite Abfahrt in Richtung Bernau abbiegen, folgen Sie dem Straßenverlauf, nach Ortsschild Ende nach ca. nach 750 m in einer rechts Kurve, links nach Göttersberg abbiegen, die Anhöhe hochfahren. Die erste Straße rechts einbiegen, erstes Haus auf der rechten Seite.
Von Bernau kommend: Richtung Aschau fahren, nach dem Ortsschild Ende Bernau an Außerkoy vorbei fahren danach nach ca. 100 m rechts nach Göttersberg abbiegen, siehe oben.
Mit der Bahn: Zugverbindung München - Salzburg - Aussteigebahnhof Bernau oder Prien. Ab Bahnhof Prien nach Aschau mit der Chiemgaubahn. Ab Bahnhof mit Bus oder Taxi zur Ferienwohnung.
