Experience unforgettable holidays in our bright farmhouse chalet in Aschau im Chiemgau, newly built in 2025! Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature and enjoy relaxing moments in the midst of a picturesque mountain and meadow landscape.
Our cosy chalet extends over two floors and offers space for up to four people - ideal for families, couples or friends. On the ground floor you will find an open, modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and oven, an inviting dining area and a cosy living area. From here you have direct access to the terrace with its own small garden, where you can enjoy a marvellous view of Höhenberg, the charming church and the surrounding mountains.
Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a practical sleeping loft (160x200 cm) in the sloping roof (low height), which is suitable for both children and adults. We are happy to provide a baby cot for our youngest guests. From the bedroom you have access to a small balcony, which also offers a marvellous view of the mountains and meadows. A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine completes the upper floor. The charming holiday home invites you to feel at home - as a non-smoking house, it offers a smoke-free atmosphere, but smoking is permitted on the inviting terrace.

Of course we offer you free WLAN in the entire chalet and also in the outdoor area. A car park is available directly in front of the house. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted.
Our chalet is also perfectly tailored to the needs of families with small children: There are nappy-changing facilities, child-friendly crockery and games at your disposal. For even more fun, there is a large shared playground on our farm next door, which is well equipped with a climbing frame, slide, swing and trampoline.
