Nestled in a picturesque, idyllic secluded location on the outskirts of Aschau im Chiemgau, in the direction of Bernau am Chiemsee, a charming hideaway awaits you. The property, next to a former farm, delights with a dreamlike panorama - an impressive view of Aschau, the majestic Zellerhorn and the surrounding mountains. A real treat for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.
Comfortable holiday flats are available in the farmhouse next door. Just 500 metres away, a bathing area with tennis court and a moor bathing area, each with an inviting kiosk, invite you to linger. The location allows you to reach the Orthopaedic Children's Clinic after a 10-minute walk and to explore the centre of Aschau after a further 15 minutes. The idyllic Lake Chiemsee is just 7.4 km away, while the Kampenwand cable car is just 3.3 km away - perfect for hiking and mountain lovers.
For added convenience, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house, which can be used for a fee. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed in the flats.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.

Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the second exit in the direction of Bernau, follow the road for approx. 1 km, past the village sign for Aschau i.Ch., shortly afterwards turn right into the driveway to the two houses in Innerkoy, the holiday flats are located in the second house.

Coming from Bernau: You pass the districts of Außerkoy, Bucha and then Innerkoy, turn left and drive towards two houses.

By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau on the Chiemgaubahn railway
