Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic mountain views of the majestic Kampenwand directly from your living room.
The location is perfect for walks in the valley and along the picturesque Prien shore. Numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes are in the immediate vicinity, allowing you to fully savour the beauty of the surrounding nature. A free car park is available directly in front of the house and the bus stop is just a few steps away, making it even easier to explore the surrounding area. You can use our free Wi-Fi, a charging station for your e-bikes and you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host.
Arrival Description
By car: Take the A8 motorway Munich/Salzburg – exit at Aschau/Frasdorf, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. After approx. 2 km, you will reach the district of Fellerer, where you turn right and then immediately left onto the street ‘Am Zieglerfeld’ at number 3.
By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection – from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgau Railway.
