Our spacious non-smoking mansard holiday flat on the 2nd floor with 65 square metres for 2 to 6 people impresses with a breathtaking view of Aschau im Chiemgau from the balcony and a panoramic view of the Kampenwand! The open-plan living room with parquet flooring invites you to relax and guarantees a cosy living atmosphere.
Our family-friendly flat has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with two single beds 90x200 cm, which can be pulled out for up to four people. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and electric shutters so that you can relax after an eventful day.
In the fully equipped modern kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, hob/oven, dishwasher, oven, fridge and microwave.
Our living room is the perfect place to relax and offers a pull-out couch and smart TV to watch films and enjoy time with the family, free Wi-Fi is available. Thanks to our open-plan layout, you'll always be in good company. A stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower is a real highlight. This modern equipment not only guarantees comfort and functionality, but also gives the bathroom an elegant and contemporary ambience with a heated towel rail, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are of course included. Dogs and pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
