Our Modern non-smoking holiday flat with 60 sqm, offers you the perfect retreat for your next holiday. This tastefully furnished flat combines comfort, style and cosiness and leaves nothing to be desired. The flat impresses with its high-quality wooden floors, which not only create a warm and pleasant ambience, but also ensure a healthy indoor climate.
A special highlight of this accommodation is its ground-level and barrier-free furnishing, which makes it ideal for couples as well as for families with children or senior citizens. You don't have to worry about stairs or steps, so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.
The spacious living room offers a pull-out couch (sleeping possibility for 1 person), flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a cosy dining table where you can enjoy meals together.
The open design creates a pleasant living atmosphere with a passage to the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and a seating area to feel comfortable. The flat has a separate bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm. The bathroom is modern and functionally designed and has a WC as well as a level shower, which is also easily accessible for people with limited mobility.
The spacious terrace of the holiday flat offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape as well as the nearby castle, smoking is welcome on the terrace. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

Welcome to our charming, ground-floor holiday apartment in Aschau im Chiemgau! Our accommodation offers you an idyllic and extremely quiet location, perfect for a relaxing holiday in the Bavarian Alps. It is located directly below Hohenaschau Castle and is only a 10-minute walk from the Kampenwand cable car, the bus stop and a Bavarian inn with a beer garden. The holiday apartment itself is tastefully furnished and can accommodate up to three people. You can conveniently park your car in the free car park at the house and explore the surrounding area on foot, whether it's the peaks of the Chiemgau Alps while hiking, mountain biking or skiing in winter, or a beautiful walk in the valley. The Chiemsee region also offers excellent opportunities for water sports, golf and cycling. You can charge your electric car for a fee and there is a lockable bicycle garage with charging facilities for your e-bikes at the house. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwand cable car.
Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the 1st exit towards the Kampenwand cable car. Follow the road for approx. 2 km through the village in the direction of Schloss Hohenaschau, below Schloss Hohenaschau in a sharp left-hand bend turn right into Burgweg. Follow the small road for approx. 500 m until, after a bend, you see the first house on the left, no. 15.

Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track in the roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction of the Kampenwand cable car, follow the road for approx. 2 km through the village - see above.

By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.
