The holiday flat Sonnenschein with 32 sqm living space for 2 persons was divided into an open living room with sleeping area and appears very friendly due to its light wooden furniture. The open and large living room was visually separated by a low wooden wall to feel comfortable. On one side two single beds 90 x 200 cm and on the other side the cosy living room with comfortable couch, braided armchair, flat TV, free WLAN, a nice dining table for two persons, a farm cupboard for your utensils and clothes. The kitchenette has been integrated into the entrance area of the flat with fridge/freezer, double hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and is equipped with kitchen items such as crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, pots, etc. Bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. The south-west facing balcony with a view of the mountains invites you to relax. Smoking is only allowed in the flat on the balcony, an ashtray is provided. Bed linen and towels are provided. Coin-operated washing machine in the house. Pets and dogs are not allowed.

Here you can unwind after stressful times and relax in the friendly, alpine-style and inviting holiday flat. Your car will find a protected, free parking space in the duplex garage belonging to the flat. Coin-operated sauna and coin-operated washing machine for general use in the house.

Environment description

The village of Sachrang in the municipality of Aschau im Chiemgau is an ideal starting point for numerous mountain hikes and mountain bike tours and beautiful walks in the valley. In winter, a skiing area with small lifts (especially suitable for children and beginners), several toboggan runs and an approximately 20 km long cross-country skiing trail make the hearts of winter sports enthusiasts beat faster. Due to the central location, excursions to nearby Kufstein, as well as to Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck and many other destinations are possible. Popular excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity are the Chiemsee with the castle of King Ludwig II and the Kampenwand with mountain railway.

Arrival Description

From the motorway A 8 Munich - Salzburg take the exit Frasdorf, direction Aschau and follow the road through Aschau, direction Sachrang. At the entrance to Sachrang, turn right and then immediately right again into Kirchstraße. At the end of Kirchstraße, Spitzsteinstraße turns right.
