Spend a few beautiful vacation days in the generously cut and light-flooded apartment with 120 sqm on the 1st floor. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the others with single beds and an additional crib. The kitchen, newly installed in 2022, is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. In the adjoining room is the dining room with space for the whole family and a view of the mountains. The living room with the large corner couch has a satellite TV. From the living room and the bedrooms you have access to the east/south balcony with views of the Chiemgau Alps. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, two sinks and a toilet. There is an additional WC in the apartment. An in-house parking space is provided free of charge. Free W-LAN is available in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Description

The apartments are quietly located, yet everything is within walking distance. To the bathing beach Chiemseepark Felden you walk the hiking trail along the Bernauer Ache and the Birkenallee. Chiemeepark Felden has something for all ages, playground for the little ones, volleyball court, lido with kiosk and boat rental. The Bernau town center with restaurants and shopping can also be reached quickly on foot or by bike. From the accommodation you can directly start cycling or mountain tours. The castle on the Herreninsel can be reached in summer with the Chiemseeschifffahrt directly from the Chiemseepark Felden. The train station is also within walking distance. There are hourly trains in the direction of Salzburg or Munich.

The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Arrival Description

Freeway A8 (Munich-Salzburg), exit Felden. At the traffic circle, coming from Munich, take the 2nd exit (coming from Salzburg, take the 1st exit) towards Bernau, drive past the ALDI supermarket and shortly after turn left into Kampenwandstraße. After approx. 100 m turn into Klausenstr. and after approx. 60 m into Rauschbergstr. At the end of the street you will find house no. 15. By train: Follow Baumannstr. until the turn "Am Mühlwinkl". Follow the road for about 250 m and then turn right into Wendelsteinstr. After a few meters you will reach the Haus am Eck.
