Description

Two elegant and cozy vacation chalets (completion approx. Nov 2021) built with the highest quality, natural materials and great attention to detail, allow for perfect relaxation with a fantastic mountain view in an intact environment - in spring, in summer as well as in autumn. Each season has its own picturesque charm here and the Alm-Chalets are the perfect starting point for extensive hikes and bike tours. In winter, tobogganing, snow hiking, skiing/touring and cross-country skiing are all nearby. Per Alm-Chalet four guests can enjoy 130 sqm (ground floor and 1st floor with balcony), a well-equipped kitchen, high-quality furniture made according to traditional craftsmanship in two bedrooms (box-spring beds), a light-flooded dining area, a sauna/infrared cabin with large relaxation lounger, a private heated outdoor whirlpool (incl. sun loungers) and a barbecue area(fire bowl with grill plate) in the private garden and extra Weber electric grill on the terrace. We are already looking forward and do our best to equip the apartment in 5-star standard for them.

terms/extras

The Alm-Chalets are bookable in the vacations from 7 nights. In the rest of the time the minimum stay is 4 nights (plus 100,00 Euro one-time final cleaning).short stays from 3 nights only on request from 2 weeks before departure if there are gaps in the booking. plus per person from 16 years 1,50 Euro visitor's tax. Arrivals on Sundays and holidays not possible. All houses are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed in the Alm-Chalets.

Arrival Description

Coming from the freeway A8 from Munich, exit Achenmühle. In the center of Achenmühle turn right to Samerberg. Direction Grainbach through the village then direction Schweinsteig. After the turnoff still approx. 300m.
