Lovingly furnished holiday flat for two (up to three persons) with separate entrance. The flat was renovated in June 2020. It is bright, friendly, with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and sofa. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a separate bedroom with double bed and satellite TV. The flat has a new shower/WC, washing machine, ironing facilities and hairdryer. The bedroom has a size of 15.8 m² and has an oversized bed 200 cm x 220 cm. A sleeping accommodation for the third person could be placed in the kitchen-living room. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat and no pets are allowed.

Description

Our house is quietly and rurally situated at the Jenbach.
The 38 sqm holiday flat on the upper floor is accessible through a separate entrance (with small seating area) and a guest parking space is available. 
In about 10 minutes you can reach nearby restaurants and shopping facilities as well as the outdoor swimming pool, the mini golf course and doctors along the idyllic footpath and brook path.
This hiking trail also leads you directly to the waterfalls in the Jenbachtal and the alpine pastures. 
We offer our own products such as jams and spelt pasta. 

Environment description

Nearby excursion destinations: Sterntaler Filze with bird watching, moorland, Altenwaldeck ruins, Chiemsee. Near Lake Constance-Königssee cycle path. Wendelstein and Sudelfeld ski areas approx. 25 km away. To Austria/Kufstein approx. 30 km distance (Kufstein fortress and city centre).

Quiet, rural location at the "Jenbach", separate entrance, Footpath to restaurants and shopping facilities (approx 10 min.) direct foothpath to the Jenbachtal (waterafalls and alpine pastures).
