Description

The holiday flat is located in the middle of the Chiemgau mountains in the Grenzhub holiday complex, right on the border with Tyrol. The proximity to the Chiemsee (approx. 17 km), to Kufstein (approx. 20 km), Innsbruck or Munich (approx. 100 km), many leisure activities in culture (concerts, traditional costume events, exhibitions etc.), sports such as mountain biking, paragliding, hiking and pure nature leave nothing to be desired. You can start many tours from your doorstep. In winter, the family-friendly and snow-sure ski area with small lifts and well-groomed cross-country ski trails is a holiday paradise. Some lifts are close to the flat. Regional products are available in the village shop. Free car park available. You are welcome to bring a dog for an extra charge.

By car: On the A 8 Munich-Salzburg motorway, take the Frasdorf, Aschau exit. Turn left towards Aschau and follow the road - through the village - until you reach Sachrang after approx. 12 km. Stay on the main road until you see the sign "Ferienwelt oberes Priental". There, turn left into Karspitzweg.
