Holiday flat 46 sqm with open plan living/bedroom and terrace

A lovingly furnished, non-smoking holiday flat (46 m²) with a terrace. The open-plan living/sleeping area, which features underfloor heating, has a double bed, a sofa, a seating area, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a wood-burning stove (1 bundle of wood provided for the initial fire). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a two-ring hob, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Due to the hillside location, there is no level access to the flat; you will need to walk a short distance down a step to reach the entrance. Because of the hillside location, our holiday flat is a basement flat and features a sun terrace. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Just outside the front door, cows graze in green meadows, and the ringing of their bells creates the typical mountain idyll usually seen only on postcards. Our holiday flat combines cosy comfort with a genuine connection to nature – ideal for couples, families and anyone seeking a relaxing break. 
On request, we can provide a travel cot; a small surcharge applies for the baby.

Description

In the tranquil district of Bucha, situated directly on Bernauer Straße, you’ll be staying right between Aschau im Chiemgau and Bernau am Chiemsee. The rural surroundings, with a farm as your neighbour, immediately give you a sense of being at one with nature. Numerous hiking and walking trails lead you through the Bärnsee landscape conservation area or up into the mountains – ideal for anyone who likes to be active or simply wants to enjoy nature. Right in front of the holiday flat, cows graze peacefully in the meadow, and the gentle ringing of their bells accompanies the day like a little melody of nature. An idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday.

You will stay in a lovingly furnished holiday flat for 2 people with an open-plan living and sleeping area. Cycle paths towards Lake Chiemsee and mountain bike tours start right from the house. In summer, the Aschau bathing spot or the Moorbadeplatz are approx. 800 m away for swimming. The Orthopaedic Children’s Clinic is a 3-minute drive away.

The parking space reserved for you is located opposite the house as a parking bay.

The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host.
