In the large living room there is a sofa bed with sleep function, a cosy dining area, TV, as well as a Swedish stove/wood-burning stove for cosy, romantic and relaxing holidays. You are welcome to use the wood stove on cooler days as well as in winter for a fee. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower combination, washing machine is available. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooker with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bottle warmer and highchair offers again a small dining area. Enjoy the view of the Zahmen Kaiser from the living room and terrace. The spacious terrace invites you to play, barbecue (barbecue facility available) or relax. From the living room you have direct access to the greenery, where you can freely use part of the garden. The children have the possibility to romp around here. There is also a climbing tower with slide and a football goal available for the children.
