Our dream vacation apartment "Alpenblick" is a real gem in Bad Aibling! You occupy the entire top floor (75 sqm) of a stylishly renovated turn-of-the-century house in an extremely quiet location between the spa and the center (each 5 minutes walk). From the spacious south-facing balcony you can enjoy a unique view of the Alps. Sun loungers and umbrella allow pure relaxation and on the dining area you can have a wonderful breakfast.The light-flooded apartment offers all comforts through its new and modern furnishings. It consists of two bedrooms with two double beds each (solid wood beds with high quality hygienic mattresses), a living room with sofa, relax couch and desk, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker,...), with dining table and a bathroom with two windows.The apartment is equipped with design wooden floor, a large flat screen TV (satellite), W-LAN (free), stereo, washing machine (for a fee), hairdryer, as well as bed linen and enough dish towels and towels.In the garden you can relax on sun loungers under the fruit trees...

Bad Aibling is Bavaria's oldest mud spa and youngest thermal spa. With a total of two health clinics specializing in mud treatments and the Bad Aibling spa, the health resort offers the best conditions for a health vacation. In addition to traditional mud treatments, Bad Aibling also offers a wide range of wellness services. Both mud and thermal water help alleviate musculoskeletal complaints and provide relaxation.

The charming spa town in the Upper Bavarian Mangfall Valley between Munich and Salzburg is also a convincing vacation resort thanks to its wide range of leisure activities. mein Name ist Astrid Heller. Ich reise selbst sehr gerne und freue mich immer, wenn Menschen bei mir zu Gast sind.

 Auf meinen Reisen stellte ich oftmals fest, dass in den Unterkünften nicht genügend auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingegangen wurde. So hatte man zwar manchmal traumhafte Balkone, aber keine Sonnenliegen. Die Einrichtung war zuweilen lieblos oder veraltet und nicht zuletzt ließ die Qualität der Betten oft zu wünschen übrig. Die Traum-Ferienwohnung "Alpenblick" habe ich so gestaltet, dass ich dort selbst gerne Urlaub machen würde. Mir ist sehr wichtig, dass sich meine Gäste wohl und zu Hause fühlen. Im Haus und in der Umgebung ist es absolut ruhig, was zu bester Erholung beiträgt. Ich freue mich, Sie in meiner liebevoll gestalteten Wohnung mit traumhaftem Bergblick begrüßen zu dürfen!

Arrival Description

By car: - freeway exit Bad Aibling - direction Bad Aibling - after the village "Pullach" straight ahead over the traffic circle - in front of the Shell gas station turn left into Ganghoferstraße, which then becomes Lindenstraße - turn right into Geschwister-Scholl-Straße - in the yellow house (number 10) on the right side you will find the vacation apartment. By train: - stop Bad Aibling "Bahnhof" - immediately turn right along the pedestrian path past the post office in the direction of Lindenstraße - turn right into Lindenstraße (over the railroad track) - the 2nd street on the left is Geschwister-Scholl-Straße - the vacation apartment is in the yellow house (number 10) on the right-hand side.
