Our newly renovated apartment is ideal for two people and with its 17 square meters it offers you enough space for your stay. The cosy attic room offers a small sitting area for breakfast or snacks and a sleeping area with a double bed. If you like to eat breakfast eggs, on request you can get our fresh free-range eggs for 30ct / piece, which you can practically cook with the existing egg boiler. But don't worry, you won't be woken by a crowing rooster. It is equipped with a kettle, refrigerator and coffee machine. There is also enough crockery available. If the weather is fine, you can enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with an excellent view of the Kaisergebirge. A cosy evening can also be spent there, but our garden with barbecue facilities is of course also available. The bathroom, which is separated from the sleeping area by a sliding door, is brightly flooded by the skylight.
It is equipped with hairdryer, WC, shower, washbasin and towel warmer.

Both the bed linen and the towels are as well as the towels and WLAN are provided free of charge. On request it is of course also possible to wash and dry laundry.

Our spacious holiday flat offers 60 square metres of space for one to five people. It is on the first floor with a separate entrance that is accessible via stairs. The newly equipped kitchen offers you space for a small breakfast, with coffee of course, as well as for larger dishes with a dining table and a seating area. Our fresh free-range eggs are available on request for 30ct / piece, which you can practically cook with the available egg boiler. But don't worry, you won't be woken up by a crowing rooster. The crockery is available in sufficient quantity. The kitchen is also equipped with a fridge, high chair, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, kettle and microwave. Both sleeping areas are equipped with a wardrobe. The two bedrooms consist of a room with two single beds, which is ideal as a children's room, and an area with a double bed, which is separated from the living room with a curtain. The other area of the room is a living area with two additional sitting areas that offer a view of the Brünnstein through the large window. On the one hand, there is a sitting area with a table that invites you to eat or sit together comfortably, and on the other hand, there is a couch with a flat-screen TV and CD player that helps you to relax. The bathroom with an extensive shower, WC, hairdryer and washbasin is newly renovated. On request, it is of course also possible to wash and dry laundry; a clothes horse and iron are available. In good weather, the balcony with a view of the Brünnstein invites you to sunbathe or spend a cosy evening. You can also spend the evening in our spacious garden or barbecue in it. Both bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Free Wi-Fi and numerous board games are also available for your entertainment. Your four-legged friends are also welcome on request.
