Description

The location of the apartment is in a small very quiet residential complex in which almost exclusively weekend and second homes are. Due to the central location, the thermal baths, the town center and the train station can be reached within a few minutes and is therefore also suitable for vacationers without a car.Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the surrounding area (one of the oldest nature reserves in Bavaria), or visit our Chiemgau thermal baths. There are numerous leisure activities, such as the 18-hole golf course in Höslwang or Prien, or the opera festival Gut Immling with its annual opera performances. Swim, sail or surf at perhaps the most beautiful natural lakes in Bavaria, for example: the Simssee, Chiemsee or a lake of the Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte. Enjoy the mountains up close and take advantage of guided hikes to learn a lot about mountain life. Make a side trip to Wasserburg (the little Venice of Bavaria), or to Rosenheim on a shopping tour.

The prices quoted are plus a tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person are charged €2.00 per day and the third person is charged €1.00. No tourist tax is charged for any additional family member. Children aged 7-16 are also charged €1.00, children aged 0-6 are exempt from tourist tax. Bicycle rental is available in town, barbecue area is available (please bring your own barbecue). Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. Non-smoking, no pets. A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is due within 10 days of booking. Please contact your host after booking.

Arrival Description

Freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Bad Endorf drive until you reach the car dealer Obermaier and turn left into Hofhamer Straße. Then turn into the third street on the right "Am Mühlberg". Freeway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf until you reach the car dealership Obermaier, there turn right into Hofhamer Straße. Then turn into the third street on the right "Am Mühlberg". Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Train pick-up by arrangement. Footpath 10 minutes: cross the crosswalk, turn right through the village until you reach the Obermaier car dealership, then turn left onto Hofhamer Straße. Then turn into the third street on the right "Am Mühlberg".
