In summer you can easily reach the lake in only 15 minutes on foot via the idyllic Birkenallee. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Only a few minutes walk away is the spa garden with reading hall and music pavilion as well as Kneipp treatments. A playground and a modern miniature golf course can be found here as well as a large geomancy and dowsing path. Our 1-room apartment is the ideal starting point for the numerous facets of winter sports. Only a few minutes away by car are the big ski centers, such as Ski-amadé, Kitzbühel, St. Johann, Reit im Winkl, our local mountain KAMPENWAND with the former German championship course. The Kampenwand is "natural" and a "natural snow El Dorado" for alpine sports. A storeroom on the ground floor of the 1-room apartment keeps your winter sports equipment. The 1-room apartment has a separate entrance and also a private parking space for guests. The 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor as an attic apartment and has an attached roof terrace. It has an exceptional room height and was completely rebuilt in 2008. The 1-room apartment has a good insulation with underfloor and pellet heating and also a soundproof window. Thus, a restful sleep is guaranteed despite the train station and the proximity to the center. Bringing small animals is possible on request. You can find more information on our homepage.

We only accept small dogs after prior request. We ask for your understanding. Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the applicable statutory value-added tax.

Coming from the BAB 8 take exit 106 or 107. Then follow the signs to the train station. Pass the train station, at the fork Bahnhofplatz/Bohlmoosstr. you will find our apartment.
