Die Wohnung wurde 2024 liebevoll renoviert. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich hat eine Größe von 24 qm. Im Esszimmer besteht zusätzlich die Möglichkeit für die Übernachtung einer 3. Person. Durch den überdachten Balkon haben Sie bei jeder Witterung die Möglichkeit im Freien zu sitzen, ob Frühstück, Brozeit oder nur zum Erholen! Der Balkon ist direkt an die Küche angeschlossen.

Mit einer Größe von 22 qm, einem PKW Stellplatz sowie einer Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten (Tisch mit 2 Stühlen) ist sie optimal ausgestattet.
