Description

The house is an eco-wood house. Therefore, the indoor climate is very pleasant and even in summer it is not too warm in the attic. Non-smoking apartment, no pets. A crib for children aged 1-3 years and a children's high chair are provided free of charge. In about 300 m there is a children's playground.The bright and friendly, family-suitable vacation apartment is comfortably furnished. Very nice, quiet location in a cul-de-sac, close to the forest. Ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours in the surrounding area (one of the oldest nature reserves in Bavaria), or visit our Chiemgau thermal baths. There are numerous leisure activities, e.g. the 18-hole golf course in Höslwang or Prien, or the opera festival Gut Immling. Swim, sail or surf at perhaps the most beautiful natural lakes in Bavaria, for example: the Simssee, Chiemsee or a lake of the Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte. Enjoy the mountains up close and take advantage of guided hikes to learn a lot about mountain life. Make a side trip to Wasserburg (the small Venice of Bavaria), or to Rosenheim on a shopping tour.

 The prices quoted do not include a tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay €2.00 per day and €1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged € 1.00, children from 0-6 years are free of charge. A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is due within 10 days of booking. Please contact your host after booking.

Arrival Description

Freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in direction Traunstein, in Bad Endorf turn left at the church in direction Traunstein. Follow the road for about 200 m and then turn left into Moorbadstraße. Drive straight on this road directly into the Forststraße. Freeway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf. Turn right in front of the church. Follow the road for about 200 m and then turn left into Moorbadstraße. Drive straight on this road directly into the Forststraße. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Train pick-up by arrangement. Footpath 10 minutes: walk past the Cafe Winkler on the left at the crosswalk. After about 50 m turn left into Katharinenheimstraße and follow it to the end. There turn right and after approx. 50 m turn left into Moorbadstraße and follow this street until Forststraße.
