Only 2 minutes walk to the Chiemgau Thermen. Only about 5 km to the 18 hole golf course to Höslwang. Nestled between beautiful lakes (Chiemsee, Simssee and 7 lake plateau) invite just to swim, surf or sail. Make city culture in Munich, Salzburg, Rosenheim or Wasserburg (the small Venice in Bavaria). Take long walks in the surrounding area, or join a guided hike on Thursdays. In September and October, guided mountain hikes with experienced hiking guides lure you into the Alps.

The prices quoted do not include a tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay €2.00 per day and €1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged € 1.00, children from 0-6 years are free of charge. Free cancellation possible up to 7 days before arrival. Ground floor, non-smoking, sunbathing lawn, car parking space, no pets, breakfast buffet, breakfast can be booked for our flats for an extra charge, bread roll service, transfer hotel - train station. Arrival Description

Freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Bad Endorf turn right at Kurfer Str., turn left at Kurf, turn left onto Breitensteinstraße. Freeway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf. Turn left at Ströbinger Str., stay on Ströbinger Str. until Breitensteinstraße. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Train pick-up by arrangement. Footpath 10 minutes: go left to Bauernwirt, go right around Bauernwirt and then follow the road to the crossroads. Then go straight past the clinic to the Appart Hotel.
