The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house. In two separate bedrooms, with pleasant colors and natural materials, you will come to rest relaxed. Both bedrooms are equipped with parquet floors. One bedroom has direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning. The kitchen-living room has a dining area, sofa bed, TV and internet connection, as well as a kitchenette fully equipped with dishwasher. Bed and table linen, towels and children's equipment are of course included. For your well-being, a new bathroom with walk-in shower awaits you. Rest in the garden with a cozy seating area and barbecue facilities, from there you and your dear little ones in view, who can let off steam on the children's playground with a large trampoline, pedalos, table tennis and foosball.

Description

Arrive and feel at home in our comfortable and cozy vacation apartment on the Heissenhof. Our farm is a mother cow farm. We also have Haflinger and Lewitzer ponies on which your children can try riding. In addition, rabbits, cats, dwarf goats and running ducks belong to the farm. You can buy our own products, our farm garden with herb snail invites you to harvest fresh herbs or tomatoes. Here you will find peace and relaxation, a cozy atmosphere, far from the stress of everyday life. The Heissenhof is quietly located in a small village with a direct view to the Kampenwand. To the Chiemsee it is about 5 km. Beautiful cycling, hiking and mountain tours are possible from the farm.

Die Kampenwand ist ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel für Naturliebhaber und Wanderer. Mit einer Höhe von 1.669 Metern bietet sie spektakuläre Ausblicke auf den Chiemsee und die umliegende Landschaft. Es gibt verschiedene Wanderwege, die Sie auf den Gipfel führen, und für diejenigen, die es etwas abenteuerlicher mögen, gibt es auch Klettersteige. Egal, ob Sie die Ruhe und Schönheit des Chiemsees genießen oder sich sportlich betätigen möchten, hier ist für jeden etwas geboten.
