Description

Our house is quietly situated, directly on the shore, with a wonderful view over the lake, to the Fraueninsel and to the mountains. Many guests say, the most beautiful place around the Chiemsee. In front of the house our marina, with sailing, rowing and electric boats for rent. Direct lake access, about 60 m. to the landing stage of the Chiemsee shipping to the Fraueninsel and Herreninsel, sunbathing lawn on the lake with bathing ladder and deck chairs. Non-smoking rooms, vacation apartments, 1-room apartment are available.

For a fee: boat rental, bicycles, sauna, moorings. On request, discounts at various times of the low season.
The prices listed are plus tourist tax of  € 1.50 per person/night for adults. Persons up to the age of 16 as well as severely disabled persons (degree of disability from 90) and accompanying persons of severely disabled persons (mark B) are exempt from tourist tax.
