Description

The family-run bed and breakfast is located in the middle of the charming landscape of the Chiemgau, with a view of the Simssee and the mountains and is adjacent to the Chiemgau Thermen and the spa gardens with the openly accessible Kneipbecken and the Orangerie with herb garden and the colorful parks. The town center with the train station and the Munich-Salzburg line and the bus station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The Eggstätter-Hemhofer lake district, Lake Simssee and Lake Chiemsee can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Signposted bike and hiking trails lead directly past the house and accompany you across the Simsseemoos landscape conservation area. Wonderful hiking trails pass directly by the house and invite you to take long walks and if you want to do something for your health, you are in the best care in the nearby Chiemgau Thermen.

The prices quoted do not include a tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night. For families, the first and second person each pay €2.00 per day and €1.00 for the third person. No visitor's tax is charged for each additional family member. Children from 7 - 16 years are also charged € 1.00, children from 0-6 years are exempt from the visitor's tax. Pick-up service from the train station by arrangement, disc mattress, free bed linen and towels for the house, no pets. Our holiday flats can also be booked with breakfast on request and for an additional charge. Cancellation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

Arrival Description

Freeway Munich - Salzburg, exit Rosenheim always in the direction of Traunstein, in Bad Endorf pass the church on the right and drive through the village. Behind the Mercedes car dealer turn right into Kurstraße. At the end turn right again into Ströbinger Straße, from there turn left into Klinikstraße, at the end turn right for about 50 m. Freeway Salzburg - Munich, exit Bernau, via Prien and Rimsting to Bad Endorf until you reach the Mercedes car dealer, there turn left into Kurstraße. At the end turn right again into Ströbinger Straße, from there turn left into Klinikstraße, at the end turn right about 50 m.. Train: Munich - Salzburg line, Bad Endorf station. Train pick-up by arrangement. Footpath 10 minutes: go left to the Bauernwirt, go right around the inn and follow Jahnstraße to Ströbinger Straße (adjacent), go straight across the intersection to the end of Klinikstraße, then left about 50 m more.
