Description
Our farm, the Auerhof, with cows, calves, rabbits, cats and goats, is situated in the district of Außerwald, 3.5 km from the village towards Sachrang. Both Aschau im Chiemgau and the mountaineering village of Sachrang can be reached free of charge by bus. There’s a wide choice of walking and hiking trails, whether along the River Prien to the waterfall in Schoßrinn or up into the surrounding mountains. It’s easy to go on wonderful cycle tours through the region on an e-bike. We have plenty of space for children around the farm, including a small football pitch. We have our own alpine pasture in the Spitzstein area.
We serve breakfast featuring produce from the Chiemgau region. Use of the fridge in the lounge. A guest terrace with garden furniture so you can enjoy the natural surroundings. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted on our farm.
In the farmhouse and the adjoining building, “Ferienwohnungen Auerhof”, we also rent out three holiday flats which can be booked for 2 to 4 people and 2 to 6 people respectively.
Environment description
By car, you are only a few minutes away from the Kampenwandbahn, the village with its shopping facilities and restaurants, and the Orthopaedic Children's Hospital. Dogs and pets are not allowed. Schliersee is 34 km from the Auerhof and Rosenheim is 18 km away. The nearest airport is Munich Airport, 78 km from the guest house.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax
The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host.
Arrival Description
Drive through the village of Aschau i.Ch. in the direction of Sachrang, after the end of Aschau approx. 1 km, then you come to Außerwald, turn left at the sign, you are driving straight towards our farm.
