You can reach large ski areas such as Steinplatte (30 km), Hochkössn (27 km) or St. Johann (32 km) in only about 30 min drive. Nearby you will find beautiful cross-country ski trails or visit the biathlon events in Ruhploding. Lake Chiemsee is also worth a trip in winter.

Children sleep in their parents' bed for free. Short-term overnight stays are available with a surcharge and animals may stay overnight with a request per day for € 12. Here, each animal is counted individually. There is a seminar room, bicycle garage and garages on request. Info spa fee: The spa fee is not included in the total price. Daily amount per person is 1,50 Euro. Started days are considered full days. The days of arrival and departure are calculated as one day of stay. Children and young people up to the age of 16 as well as holders of a severely handicapped pass with a degree of disability of 90% or more and their necessary accompanying persons are exempt from spa fees. The spa fee includes the statutory value added tax valid at the time.
