Bregenzer Festspiele

You’ll be staying at selected hotels situated in magnificent green surroundings in the Bregenzerwald and will be visiting the Bregenz Festival on one evening: the largest lake stage in the world is this year presenting "Der Freischütz’ by Carl Maria von Weber.

Included:

• One, two or three nights with half board or breakfast in a hotel of your choice
• One ticket for ‘Der Freischütz’ (Cat. 3/Sun-Thur or Cat. 4/Fri-Sat)
• Transfer to and from the Bregenz Festival performance (by public transport - note the timetable not all municipalitys in the region are accessible)
• From three overnight stays: the Guest Card Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal for as many discovery trips with the mountain cable cars and public buses as you wish as well as for relaxing hours at the open-air swimming baths

Cancellation of festival tickets and refunds:
The Bregenzer Festspiele (Bregenz Festival) is doing its utmost to make sure that the performance on the Seebühne (Lake Stage) will go ahead and it would like to point out that the performance will also be staged in the rain and that its start may be delayed. We therefore recommend that all our guests choose warm and rainproof clothing.

Tickets in Categories 3 to 7 are only valid for the performance on the Seebühne. Should it become necessary to relocate the performance to the Festspielhaus, holders of tickets in these categories will be refunded the price for the ticket (or the tickets will be exchanged for performances at a later date) if the show on the Seebühne was not performed or was performed for less than 60 minutes.

It will not be possible to return or exchange purchased tickets.
Tickets for sold-out events may be accepted for resale on consignment but without any guarantees being provided. A sales fee of 20% of the ticket value will be charged for tickets sold on consignment. Settlements will be made after the end of the festival. Conditions of cancellation and payment

Conditions of paying:
The total amount is to be paid 14 days after receiving the invoice.

Please, let us know with your reservation whether you pay the open amount by credit card or by transfer.

Conditions of cancellation:
- 3 to 1 month before arrival 40 % of total amount
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of total amount
- 6 to 1 day before arrival 90 % of total amount
