Our newly built holiday home Epprechtstein offers the ideal retreat for 2 people with approx. 45 m² of living space. On two levels, you will experience natural comfort, warm earth tones and a cosy ambience that invites you to relax.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with direct access to your own terrace, a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy peace and tranquillity here with a view of the Egerauen while you leave everyday life behind.
The upper floor houses the bedroom with a waterbed at box spring height and its own balcony – perfect for restful sleep and relaxed mornings. All houses naturally have WiFi and TV with an entertainment package included.
A washing machine and charging station for your electric or hybrid car are available in the annex – just ask us.

The bathroom with natural light is a place of relaxation: the walk-in shower, exclusive river stone washbasin and integrated bidet with remote control create a feeling of luxury in the midst of nature.
