Cancellation / payment conditions

Cancellation of a room is free of charge until 6 p.m. at the arrival day. Later we will charge 90% of the room rate.

Anreisebeschreibung

* from the motorway (from Bautzen/Berlin):

A4 exit Dresden Hellerau, take the "Hansastraße" in direction of the "Zentrum" and follow the RED HOTEL-ROUTE or ROUTE B:

you will see two railway bridges one right after the other, at the traffic lights under the second one turn right into the "Heinrichstraße" stay on the left lane; turn left at the first occasion (after 150 metres) into the "Theresienstraße"; turn right after 50 m into the "Nieritzstraße", you will now see the green pannels with the white writing



* from the motorway (from Chemnitz/Eisenach):

A4 exit Dresden Wilder Mann, take the "Großenhainer Straße" in direction of the "Zentrum", this one will become the "Hansastraße" after a while, please follow the main street and the RED HOTEL-ROUTE or ROUTE B - continue like described above



* arriving by plane (lilac hotel-route = Route C):

follow the "Karl-Marx-Straße" in direction of the "Zentrum", this one will end at the "Königsbrücker Straße", turn right and follow the "Zentrum" for about 15 minutes (a remarkable building on your right side will be the post office and the cinema "Schauburg"); the road finishes at a roundbound with a traffic light, go straight on the right lane,; your quit the circle by the second exit, which is the "Theresienstraße", now you can see the green pannels with the white writing



* from the airport:

commuter train connection to the train station Bahnhof Neustadt (daily);

connecting trains to the central station (Hauptbahnhof) according to the timetable.

* from central station by public transport:

tram number 9 (Mickten) to Neustädter Markt, through pedestrian underpass, Hauptstr., first turning left Heinrichstr., right Rähnitzgasse
