By car: The L Hotel Dresden Altstadt is in the centre of Dresden, some 6.5 km from the Autobahn A4 junction (78) Dresden histarical city centre. Leave the A4 at junction (78) Dresden-Altstadt and after 1.5 km turn left onto the Meißner Landstraße (B6 Zentrum). Follow the signs B6 Zentrum for 5 km. Your route passes along the following streets: Meißner Landstraße, Hamburger Straße, Bremer Straße and Magdeburger Straße. At the end of Magdeburger Straße cross over the road junction - the hotel is immediately on your right next to the multi-storey car park.Public transport: The L Hotel Dresden Altstadt is well connected to the public transport system. The bus stop Eissporthalle (Ice Sport Stadium) is some 100 m from the hotel. Dresden-Mitte station (with S-Bahn, Regional Express and tram connections) is some 500 m distant. From the main railway station or city centre you take S-Bahn Line 1 towards Meißen, Triebischtal station, or tram Line 1 towards Dresden Bahnhof Mitte station, or the Regional Express RE1 towards Görlitz as far as Dresden Bahnhof Mitte station (travelling time: 2-6 minutes). From there the hotel is some 5 minutes by foot. You can also take the city bus Line 75 from Bahnhof Mitte station towards Dresden Messe (trade fair grounds) as far as the Eissporthalle bus stop (2 stops) which is some 100 m from the hotel. From Dresden airport take S-Bahn Line 2 towards Pirna as far as Bahnhof Mitte station (18 minutes). From there the hotel is some 5 minutes by foot. You can also take the city bus Line 75 from Bahnhof Mitte station towards Dresden Messe (Trade fair grounds) as far as the Eissporthalle bus stop (2 stops) which is some 100 m from the hotel.
