Secret capital of the Swiss Confederation (German Version)

Description

Baden has always played an important role in the political arena. For example, in 1415, when the Confederates succeeded in driving the Habsburgs out of Baden and large parts of the canton of Aargau in a coup d'état. The spa town became the seat of the Diet and thus the secret capital of the old Confederation. Even today, Stein Castle and the Tagsatzungssaal in the town hall still bear witness to those times. Both historical sites are visited on this tour. And the ascent to the Stein ruins is even rewarded with an award!
