Description

The apartment (about 45 square meters), equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating as well as exclusive Gabbeh carpets, is located on the ground floor, quietly, with a large terrace seat and adjoining huge fenced lawn.
It has a separate, small kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher, a bathroom, a large living room with 2 wardrobe beds (normal beds to fold down) and on request a cot and high chair.
Extra bed for up to 4 persons possible.

In the living room there is an open fireplace.

A playground is also available. Washing machine on request. TV, CD player, garage and lift are available.
The apartment is wheelchair accessible.
Pets on request.
There is the possibility to book the adjoining apartment B17. Ideal for families or friends.

House description:
The apartment is mainly used as a private apartment. It has a dreamlike and unobstructed view of our "houseberg", the Ela.
The area is very quiet.
