Description
Building with 6 apartments built in 1990, next to the ski slopes, close to the resort center, overlooking the Dents-du-Midi. No elevator.
Conditions/extras
A 50% deposit of the rental amount must be paid at the time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Your reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Check-in:
I also accept a deposit of CHF 200 in cash only (or by Twint for Swiss citizens) and tourist taxes (CHF 3 per adult over 18 years old per night and CHF 1.50 per child between 6 and 17 years old per night).
Any check-in/check-out outside of the indicated hours will incur a surcharge of CHF 25 per hour.
Check-out:
Departures after 10:00 a.m. are not possible, except in exceptional circumstances.
Final cleaning bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the rental.
Upon departure, you must strip the beds, put away the dishes, and empty all trash cans (including those in the bathrooms).
The dishwasher must be completely emptied and the dishes put away. If this is not the case, a CHF 50 fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
Under no circumstances may furniture or other items be moved.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
