"I recently stayed at one of your hotel Stuttgart Messe near the airport with my family for 2 nights, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. Firstly, the temperature during our stay was around 31°C (88°F), and unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working at all. This made the room unbearably hot, and neither my children nor I could sleep throughout the night. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I called the reception around 3 AM, but no one answered the phone. Frustrated, I went down to the reception desk myself, only to find a sign stating "will be back soon." It appeared that the receptionist had gone for a nap, as I waited for 30 minutes, and no one showed up. The next morning, I reported the problem to the reception staff. Their response was shockingly casual, with a mere "oh, ok," and not even an apology. I requested to change rooms, hoping for a better experience, but the new room was even worse. The air conditioning issue persisted, and once again, we couldn't sleep for the second night. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and care from the staff, combined with the unbearable heat and malfunctioning air conditioning, made our stay extremely unpleasant. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Our experience was terrible, and it felt like the staff couldn't care less about our discomfort. Of of your members Imran S."

"Hotel location is excellent, 5-10 minute by car from the arrivals area at the airport. We received a very friendly welcome at the front desk, also a Turkish man in the night support us thank you!. The hotels style is open planned modern all done tastefully. The bedroom was very well thought out, spacious and modern. "We ate in the restaurant on the first evening. We understood the small menu due to the low occupancy. However, the frozen pizza (the host told us this because a colleague has an allergy) was terrible. The goulash soup was also completely oversalted. The rooms were fine in terms of layout and furnishings. Room 125 is probably in need of renovation. The wallpaper was partly damaged, the curtains had holes and the shower didn't work properly. It drips rather than a jet of water coming out of it. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was fine. If you're staying for a few nights and don't need to use the restaurant, the hotel is okay. The location is great."

"Very nice hotel near to Airport. 50 m to U6 station and in 25 in city center. Lidl around the corner and bus station too. We got a familly room, very big, clean, nice, a good coffe so all fine. Restaurant in the evening was okay and breakfast with all you needed."

"We stayed for one night and the hotel is very easily located off autobahn. Hotel is clean, room spacious and the breakfast was amazing. The only issue was the free parking behind the hotel. It isn’t managed well and some cars were taking up multiple spots. One van had 3 spaces and the hotel didn’t monitor it to enforce parking spaces. Luckily, it was the weekend and there were plenty of street parking. There is a parking garage but that is €15/night. Other than the parking the hotel was great."

But on de keycard. i received the was an additional message with a qr code saying: free drink. I disnt scan the code, because I thought this would be scanned at the bar. "we had a quite good stay at the hotel, which was very easy to find with the car. It was not necessary to park in the hotel garage, as there were enough open parking spaces. Staff was friendly, room was clean. As the surrounding is a business area it was very quiet in the evening. Only on minute walk to U-Bahn ENBW City and Bus."

"We stayed 1 night. Since we're a family of 4 we opted for a suite. The room was very spacious, not cramped at all. (Which is often the case when hotel rooms use sofa beds). To sum up it fitted our needs perfectly. We were comfortable. The sofa bed was a bit hard but that was to be expected. Overall the room was perhaps a bit worn and could use a paint job, but I feel that we paid a correct price for this type of room."
