"Room design is sad and bad. Flooring is just depressing. People were nice, room was clean, Breakfast quite poor for a vegan or vegetarian. No decaf coffee in 2025! Wow! Retro. Congratulations, considering the price was as high as a regular hotel room, Accor has fond another way to make money by cheating people. Kudos to the board! 👏"

"I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights in room 517, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The biggest issue was the noise—walls are so thin that I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Both nights were disturbed by loud conversations and other noises, which was extremely frustrating. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bed linens were not changed during my stay, and it seemed like they were simply left as they were. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a restful and comfortable stay."

"Extremly good service . Meeting in the reception: We arrived very early, thinking we looked very tired, which we were after driving all night. the employed said we could eat breakfast and expect our room to be ready after about 3 hours. After about less than an hour he came and announced that we could now already get our room. it was just so fantastically nice for us and a thoroughly rarely experienced good service"

"Ibis sometimes feels like you go in someone house, and not like you pay over 100 euros per night. Warantees for everything, hairdryer, only cash, there is only 1 iron in the whole hotel, not a proper smoking place, not cleaning services other than changing towels."

"The staff were very genuine and kind. I have an extreme fear of elevators, and every person I spoke to during my two days in Ludwigsburg were very accommodating and non-judgemental. The woman at the registration desk the night I arrived, even changed my room to the first floor instead of the third floor without me asking. I thought that was so kind and thoughtful, and I’m very appreciative."

"Overall nice hotel with fine rooms. However the beds are very hard and as the use rubbersheds (underneath the linen) and duvets made from synthetic materials you end up sweating in the bed. The complimentary breakfast is very bland - but the have a nice outside area for eating."
